Hi,

there is an unusual behavior at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Server. If you chose "Display Errors" advanced this will gives at google webmaster some 500 errors. If you open a link like this:
https://netmart.club/android-tablets/7-inch-tablets/mfox-jpad-rugged-4g-tablet?sort=ps.price&order=DESC&limit=75
You'll receive following page (See image error.jpg). Further at Admin Panel->Tools->Error Log ther will not show any error.

If you chose at Display errors No the mentioned link open fine with the article and at Error Logs you see following error related to getimagesize().

I'm checking this for a long time.

Kind regards

Hermann

    Hi Hermann,

It would be useful to know what version of Arastta you are using? Also, the url provided in the post does not work?

Many of the different pages use the the two image.php files to re-scale the original images (as configured in Admin - System - Settings - image tab) into the cache for each of the pages loaded. If you have a look at the line numbers given in your first error message for the given files you should see where the server 500 error occurs.

As it appears to be for one image, it may just be a rogue image file that is corrupt or too large in size. It might be worth clearing the cache too.

The link also looks like a filtered list so does the product or products that cause the error occur when viewed on another type of page template?

If you change the image for any of the the specific products using image/catalog/cvision/efJrAbYF.JPG (as mentioned in Google Web Master Tools) does the error still occur?

It may only be one corrupt image, so the obvious first step would be to remove or change this image and re-test.

A clean install of Arastta would determine if it is specific problem with your site or an Arastta issue?

We noticed that your site is very slow to load from our location when compared to other Arastta sites. This prompted us to use the web browser inspection tools to look at page load and network usage. It was just under 300 requests and over 7Meg on your Home page. Even one of your single product pages was 3.5Meg? It is obviously better second visit once it has cached.

    Hope this helps.

I haven't seen this error on any site Hermann, and you haven't shared much info about your setup and server, so anyone could try to recreate it.

As fare as I can tell from looking at your site, you have several modifications and extensions, also some touching image functions. So most likely it's a issue only on your site, and not in Arastta core.

On the other hand, are you doing any debugging? If not, why do you have the error reporting activated?

@Hackasacka - I wonder who is those "we" in your postings, who do you represent?
