In several countries it's normal to display postcode before city, and when they are the other way around, users often fill postcode into city, and city into postcode (people don't read).

There should be some kind of automatic sorting happening, maybe based on selected language. Or by moving country select so it's the first choice, and use the address format from its settings ...
