Let's shape the Arastta's future all together...
The Email Templates is great for the store owners, but they are today installed with English as default, the same is order statuses etc. This means there is quite much translating required after installing Arastta.
Then if they are translated, and you later add extra language(s) they will use the translation for the new language(s) too, and not English.
I'm not sure what is the best way to solve it, but having the defaults loaded from language files is probably the easiest way. Another way is possibly to add them to a sql being possible to translate and include in the language packs (and at Crowdin).
I'm really wasting a lot of time on this on every new install, even if using sql patches ... ;)
Or to make some major changes and move all statuses and email templates to language files.

I think the best solution for this is to have a sql file in the language archive when is downloaded from crowdin at install and update all email templates and statuses. This is what I'll do, if all of you are ok with this.
