Should also be able to handle transliteration, rewrite of special characters like the Norwegian/Danish: æ => ae, ø => oe, å => a - but also needed by Greek, Russian etc.
Improve tags
While adding/editing produts, load tags via autocomplete (Ajax).

And not to forget the German Umlauts: äöüÄÖÜ and ß
