Ordering & grouping of countries
Many shops I know would like to have a ordering function for the languages.
It makes no sense to have Nigeria and other not really necessary countries (e.g. Aruba) at the top while many important countries (in the the meaning of possible costumers) are later in the list.
Also fine would be to group the countries after continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, America North and South and the rest of the world.

Not to forget, the need for easy unpublishing of several countries (mass select).
So adding a 'Unpublish' button to the toolbar at the same time would be nice. :)
