Backend changing language 'on-the-fly'

While not many shops may need that, but some have several employes speaking different languages.

Would be good to have a 'language switcher' in the backend to select the needed language instead of logout and login again.

Additionally a new setting at each user (similiar Joomla has) where his base language could be defined.

Imho every employee should have their own user, and log in with it (else it's bad security practise), and on the same time select language (or set it in profile). A language switch makes no real sense to me in this matter...

An "admin language" option for each user as within Joomla is definitely a must.

I agree with Michael about a setting to define prefered language per user/admin.
