VirtueMart is the closest, but too buggy to be recommended.

I have already the sofort as module for OC. As soon as I am ready with other tasks, I will create a module to embedd Sofortüberweisung (sofort.com) as payment module into Arastta - for free (I am already talking with the people of sofort. This payment method will give Arastta a big boost specially in German (they like that payment)
